Tyrone Flower was born and attended school in Slough, England. At the age of 16, Tyrone made the decision to pursue his passion for cars. He started his own mobile repair business and built it to the point of securing a facility in Maidenhead. Before long, Tyrone had secured several large accounts and was taking business from the local dealerships. Target Ford, located in Maidenhead, approached Tyrone with a deal he could not refuse.    After four years at the Ford dealership, Mead of Burnham Jaguar offered Tyrone a position with the opportunity to attend schooling at the Jaguar Factory in Coventry. While at the dealership, Tyrone received numerous certificates and a Distinction on the course for Jaguar Electrical Systems. Tyrone was also given the opportunity to be trained on Range Rover, Bentley, and Rolls Royce. While at the dealership, Tyrone was able to achieve the status of Master Technician.

On a brief vacation to the United States in 1992, Tyrone was offered a position with an independent facility in California, which he accepted. Tyrone worked with the repair shop for only a short time before opening a small facility in Car Country Carlsbad. He owned the company for approximately five years before selling.

Tyrone began to miss the British Icons so; Carlsbad Jaguar was opened in Downtown Carlsbad in 2000. In 2007, Tyrone again expanded to all British vehicles and changed to Carlsbad British Motorcars. He developed a loyal customer base and continued to build the business based on his reputation and word of mouth. Tyrone’s expertise in this field demands that he provide the best customer satisfaction possible by consistently updating the specialized tools, factory updates and latest diagnostic technology available to the industry.

Tyrone has now embarked on a new journey and is opening Royal British Motorcars in Star Idaho! This family-owned business could not be more excited to continue to service new customers and bring the same work ethic and expertise to this community!
